Abstract/Colour - set Subject Competition Feb 2010

Harry Gardiner AWPF paid a visit to Barry Camera Club on Friday February 26th to judge the club’s monthly competition. The theme this month was Abstract/Colour and members provided Harry with a cornucopia of weird and wonderful images to sift through.

Harry said that he would not judge the competition on the basis of which pictures he would like to hang on his walls. He would try to keep personal taste out of the judging process and concentrate on technical ability and, in this case, how well the pictures fitted the theme.

Harry gave each picture a fairly in-depth analysis and in the end came up with the following results:
